Our Services
ToolsGambling provides free online calculators and tools for sports betting, casino gaming, and poker. Our calculators are designed for educational and informational purposes to help users make more informed decisions.
ToolsGambling does not accept bets or hold gambling balances. Community prizes, if an active campaign offers them, are reviewed and transferred manually under that campaign’s published terms.

Intellectual Property
You retain copyright in your contributions. By submitting them, you allow ToolsGambling to store and display them in the community, format them for presentation and process them for moderation. Substantial editorial changes and translations must be identified. This permission does not transfer exclusive rights or amount to a sale of your work.
The use of automated systems (scripts, bots, parsers) to extract data from our calculators is strictly prohibited without official written permission from ToolsGambling.

Limitation of Liability
ToolsGambling is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of our calculators or reliance on their results. Calculator outputs are estimates and should not be considered as financial advice.
The user acknowledges that calculation results depend on the data they input and may differ from actual conditions of specific operators due to rounding, margin changes, or data update delays.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Who the community is for
This community is for adults to discuss tools, probabilities, rules and personal experience. You can read public discussions without registering; you must sign in to post. We do not accept bets, hold gambling balances or promise winnings. Do not encourage anyone to chase losses or borrow money to gamble, or promise guaranteed income.

Discussion and languages
Choose Russian or English when posting a question. Where possible, reply in the language of the discussion. Stay on topic and treat other people respectfully. Abuse, threats, discrimination, spam, mass duplicate posts, fraud and impersonation are prohibited. Do not share someone else's personal data, secrets, payment details or correspondence unless you have the right to disclose them. A claim to represent a company does not mean the editorial team has verified it.

Questions and answers
Check for similar questions before posting. Explain the conditions and calculations, and distinguish facts from opinions. Cite sources for material claims and do not invent personal experience. Do not copy other people's articles in full. Get a moderator's approval for advertising or affiliate links, and disclose your interest. Questions and answers from the editorial team are labelled as editorial content; the team does not pose as fictional members.

Your profile and contributions
If you enable your public profile, other visitors may see your name, username, avatar, bio, public activity and achievements. Your sign-in email and the payment details in a reward claim are not public profile fields. Do not put personal information in public fields. You retain copyright in your contributions. By submitting them, you allow ToolsGambling to store and display them in the community, format them for presentation and process them for moderation. Moderation and reports
First posts are reviewed. Edited content may need another review. A moderator may reject, hide or delete content that breaks the rules and restrict the account. Use the report button in the discussion to flag a problem. To appeal a decision, email evgenii@toolsgambling.com with a link and an explanation. Do not include personal data in a report. An accepted answer is not a guarantee of accuracy, and publication does not guarantee inclusion in search results.

Deletion and privacy
Send requests about your profile, contributions or personal data to evgenii@toolsgambling.com. Include a link and confirm ownership of your account if support asks you to. Do not send your password or a wallet's private key. Disabling sign-in does not, by itself, delete all records. Contributions, their authorship and internal records are considered separately. Account links, previous usernames, hashes used to record ownership of browser subscriptions, and reward claim history currently have no automatic deletion schedule. These internal records are not part of your public profile. Hashing does not make all of this data anonymous. An administrator reviews requests to determine which data can be deleted or anonymized and which data is temporarily needed to protect accounts or resolve a dispute. The decision and the reason for retaining data must be explained to the requester.

Achievements and prizes
Achievements alone do not entitle you to a cash payment. A prize is available only under the published terms of an active campaign. Those terms specify the qualifying achievement, amount, currency, method of receiving the prize and restrictions. Do not artificially inflate activity, answers or achievements. Submit payment details only through the private claim form. An administrator reviews the claim and transfers the reward manually. Payments are not automatic. Until a specific campaign launches, no general cash prize or payment deadline is promised.

Notifications
Reply notifications are optional and can be turned off. Push delivery is still disabled in the initial release: saving a preference does not mean notifications will be sent. The interface will explicitly say when delivery becomes available.
