What is the Labouchere Betting System?

The Labouchere system, also known as the **Cancellation System**, **Split Martingale**, or **American Progression**, is a negative progression betting strategy used in roulette, blackjack, and sports betting. Unlike the Martingale, which aims to recover losses with one big win, Labouchere recovers losses through a series of smaller wins.

It involves creating a sequence of numbers that sum up to your desired profit. You bet the sum of the first and last numbers. If you win, you cross them out. If you lose, you add the lost amount to the end of the sequence.
